Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily studio operations, hygiene, safety and equipment.
- Drive monthly revenue and membership targets.
- Generate walk-ins, referrals and local community activities.
- Improve trial-to-membership conversions and member retention.
- Lead and manage trainers and ensure adherence to workout protocols.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, freezes and cancellations.
- Maintain brand standards and Google/WhatsApp reputation.
- Monitor expenses, collections, payments and MIS reporting.
- Ensure HR, statutory and safety compliance.
