IT Executive

We are looking for an experienced and efficient IT Infrastructure & Systems Administrator to manage and maintain the company’s complete IT infrastructure and provide timely technical support to employees.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain computers, laptops, printers, servers and other IT equipment.
• Handle LAN, Wi-Fi, networking, routers, switches and connectivity issues.
• Manage company email, user accounts, access permissions and IT systems.
• Ensure regular data backup, system security and antivirus protection.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues independently.
• Manage CCTV, biometric systems and other IT-related devices.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
• Maintain IT assets, licenses, AMC records and documentation.
• Provide technical support to employees and ensure minimum downtime.
• Identify IT requirements and recommend suitable hardware/software solutions.
• Maintain basic cybersecurity practices and ensure secure access to company systems.
• EducationB.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology preferred.
• MCA / B.Sc. Computer Science or IT may also be considered.
• ExperienceMinimum 5 years of relevant hands-on IT experience.
• Candidates with experience independently managing IT infrastructure for a manufacturing/company environment will be preferred.
• Candidate ProfileStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Should be efficient, responsible and capable of working independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Should be willing to take complete ownership of the company's IT requirements.
