• Welcoming the customer on-board and create a Member Profile
• Understanding the member choice, expectations and identifying the uniqueness of the Member
• Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members and creating success stories
• Maintaining good rapport with the member; providing the right ‘Elite’ experience and delivering quality service
• Managing a set customer portfolio with robust follow upSkill and Competencies required:
• Excellent command over English language, fluency in the regional language (Telugu / Tamil/other languages) proactive ness, listening skills, service orientation
• Ability to read/interact to understand the customer requirements
• High Emotional quotient, Persuasion Skills
• Punctuality & Presentation skills
