Job Description
Monitor IBMS/BMS systems and building equipment through the control room.
Monitor HVAC, electrical systems, fire alarm systems, pumps, DG, AHU, UPS and other connected systems.
Identify system alarms, faults, and abnormalities and take appropriate corrective action.
Perform basic troubleshooting of IBMS/BMS panels, controllers, sensors, and field devices.
Coordinate with electrical, HVAC, fire & safety, and other technical teams for fault rectification.
Maintain daily log sheets, alarm records, equipment status, and maintenance reports.
Conduct routine inspections and ensure equipment operates within required parameters.
Respond promptly to emergency alarms and system breakdowns.
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures.
Ensure all work is carried out according to safety and site requirements.
