Job Summary

Maha Motors is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and efficient Front Line Supervisor to lead and oversee our daily floor/showroom operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising ground staff, managing workflow, ensuring high standards of customer service, and driving smooth day-to-day operations at our Anna Nagar West facility.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Supervision: Oversee daily floor activities, direct floor staff/technicians, and ensure seamless coordination across departments.
• Team Leadership: Manage schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to ensure productivity and adherence to company standards.
• Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries, address escalated issues or complaints on-site, and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Process & Quality Control: Ensure operations comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and service quality benchmarks.
• Reporting & Coordination: Maintain daily operational logs, attendance records, and job cards, reporting regularly to senior leadership/management.
• Inventory & Resource Management: Assist in tracking inventory, equipment, or service job progress to avoid floor bottlenecks.
