About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Area Sales Manager (B2C) to join our healthcare sales team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling medical and surgical equipment to hospitals and clinics, managing enquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage sales enquiries from hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Present and demonstrate medical and surgical equipment effectively to customers.
• Communicate confidently with surgeons, doctors, hospital staff, and decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Convert enquiries into successful sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals and clinics.
• Manage and coordinate with dealers within the assigned area.
• Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely closure of sales.
• Maintain regular field visits and provide effective product support.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and update the team on market activities.
• Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
• Candidates with B.Sc, B.Pharm, B.Sc Nursing, BBA, or MBA are preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; experience in medical/healthcare sales will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate-level English communication is required.
• Comfortable with field sales and regular travel within Chennai.
• Knowledge of medical equipment, surgical equipment, or healthcare products is preferred.
• Confident in giving product demonstrations and interacting with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to build a career in healthcare sales.
