Job Description
🏬 A Store Incharge is responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of a retail store or warehouse. They ensure daily operations run efficiently, sales targets are met, and customers receive excellent service.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Store Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day store activities
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Monitor opening and closing procedures
- Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records
- Monitor stock levels and place orders when needed
- Prevent stock loss, damage, or theft
- Conduct regular stock audits
- Sales & Customer Service
- Achieve sales targets and increase store profitability
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Staff Supervision
- Supervise and train store staff
- Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance
- Motivate employees to improve performance
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain sales and expense reports
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management
- Ensure proper billing and cash handling
