Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Cashier to handle billing, cash transactions, and customer payments efficiently. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, accuracy in handling cash, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Process customer bills and receipts using the POS/billing system.
• Ensure accurate cash collection and maintain proper cash records.
• Verify cash and other payment collections at the end of each shift.
• Provide receipts and assist customers with billing-related queries.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic billing concerns professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter.
• Follow company policies, cash-handling procedures, and SOPs.
• Coordinate with the Head Cashier and Operations team when required.
• Report any billing discrepancies or cash shortages immediately.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience as a Cashier is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems.
• Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
