Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and target-oriented Loan Advisors to handle customer enquiries, explain loan products, verify eligibility, collect documents, and guide customers throughout the loan process.

No prior banking experience is mandatory. Training will be provided.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact fresh leads generated through Meta Ads and other marketing channels.
• Explain Loan Guru services and government loan schemes.
• Understand the customer's business and funding requirements.
• Check customer eligibility.
• Convince customers to proceed with the documentation process.
• Collect and verify required documents.
• Assist customers in downloading their CIBIL Report when required.
• Follow up regularly until document completion.
• Coordinate with the documentation and processing team.
• Maintain customer updates in CRM.
• Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Maintain professional communication through calls and WhatsApp.
