Sathiyam Housing and Properties Pvt Ltd in the region, is currently looking for and experienced sales manager to oversee and manage our sales team and activities in the real estate industry.

Job Nature:
Office work + Field Work ( For male candidates )
Office Time:
Morning 9.30AM to 6.30 PM

*Sales Strategy*: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
*Team Management*: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates
*Client Relationships*: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders
*Market Analysis*: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
*Sales Operations*: Oversee sales processes, documentation, and contracts
*Compliance*: Ensure adherence to real estate regulations and company policies
*Reporting*: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budget.
