Visa Counselor

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

• Job ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and clients regarding study-abroad and visa opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable countries, courses, and visa options.
• Explain the complete visa application process, eligibility criteria, documentation, and timelines.
• Assist clients in preparing and organizing visa documents.
• Follow up with clients regarding applications, documents, and appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application status.
• Coordinate with the admissions and documentation teams.
• Stay updated on visa rules, immigration policies, and country-specific requirements.
• Achieve individual and team counselling/enrollment targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• RequirementsPrevious experience in visa counselling, immigration, study-abroad counselling, or a related field is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
• Knowledge of visa processes and documentation.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
