Visa Counsellor

Following are roles & responsibilities :- 

1. Provide comprehensive visa consultation to clients seeking tourist visas, Study visa, spouse open work permit, concurrent visa for Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

2. In-depth knowledge of possibilities of getting offer letter from college/university on the basis of evaluating clients` documents.

3. Complete knowledge of documents required for various types of visa.

4. Assist clients in preparing and organizing the necessary documentation for visa applications.

5. Filing the application forms to colleges/University and verifying the credential, then sending the same to the colleges/universities in The UK, The USA, Canada and Australia.

6. Identify sales opportunities, develop / implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales target.

7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple visa applications simultaneously.

8. Assess clients' eligibility and guide them through the visa application process, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations and requirements.

9. Conduct thorough case analysis and review to ensure accurate and complete documents submitted in college/University and Embassy.

10. Maintain client records and documentation in a systematic and confidential manner.

11. Provide excellent customer service, addressing clients' inquiries, concerns, and providing timely updates on visa applications.

12. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and enhance service delivery.

13. Evaluate results based on prospect generation, conversions and targets achieved.

14. Monitor the sales performance of the team on a weekly/monthly basis.
