Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable, responsible, and customer-focused Visa Counselor to guide clients through the visa application process. The candidate will be responsible for understanding clients' requirements, providing accurate information about visa options, assisting with documentation, and ensuring a smooth application process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and clients regarding suitable visa and immigration options.

- Understand clients' profiles, requirements, and travel or education goals.

- Provide accurate information regarding visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.

- Assist clients in preparing and organizing required documents.

- Guide clients throughout the visa application process.

- Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and application updates.

- Maintain accurate records and client information.

- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant institutions when required.

- Stay updated with changes in visa rules, policies, and procedures.

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.

- Achieve assigned counseling and application targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong knowledge of visa and immigration processes.

- Ability to understand and analyze client profiles.

- Good documentation and organizational skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.

- Sales and counseling skills will be an added advantage.

Education & Experience

- Graduate or equivalent

- qualification preferred.

- Previous experience in visa counseling, immigration, study abroad, or customer service is an advantage.
