Account Executive (Accounting)

Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should have practical knowledge of GST, Tally, bank reconciliation, billing, and financial documentation and be capable of maintaining accurate and timely accounts.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally.
• Prepare and manage GST-related documents, returns, and reconciliations.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Maintain proper records of ledgers, expenses, and transactions.
• Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
• Verify bank statements and accounting entries.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounts and payments.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and taxation requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and statutory purposes.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
• Good working knowledge of GST and GST compliance.
• Practical experience in Bank Reconciliation.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
