Job Description

1. Maintain financial records – Record daily transactions, invoices, receipts, and expenses accurately.


2. Accounts payable & receivable – Handle vendor payments, customer collections, and outstanding balances.


3. Bank reconciliation – Match bank statements with company accounting records and identify discrepancies.


4. Prepare reports – Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, expense reports, and other accounting reports.


5. Tax & audit support – Assist with GST/TDS calculations, tax documentation, and internal/external audits.
