Job Description
1. Manage financial accounting – Oversee daily accounting transactions, ledgers, journal entries, and month-end closing.
2. Financial reporting – Prepare and review balance sheets, profit & loss statements, cash-flow reports, and management reports.
3. Tax & compliance – Handle GST, TDS, income tax requirements, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
4. Audit & controls – Coordinate internal/external audits and ensure proper financial controls and documentation.
5. Team & process management – Supervise junior accountants, review their work, resolve discrepancies, and improve accounting processes.
