Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Executive – Talent Acquisition to support our recruitment activities and help attract and onboard the right talent for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong sourcing, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring timelines.
- Working knowledge of MS Office/Excel and recruitment platforms.
