Student Relationship Manager-NELLORE

Key Responsibilities

• Student Counseling & Guidance: Interact with prospective and enrolled students to understand their needs, recommend suitable programs, and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with students, parents, and academic partners to foster trust and long-term engagement.
• Admissions & Onboarding: Assist prospective students through the enrollment process, ensuring smooth documentation and onboarding experiences.
• Student Support & Retention: Track student progress, address feedback or concerns promptly, and implement engagement strategies to maximize retention.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, academic, and operations teams to align student feedback with program enhancements.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening abilities.
• Prior experience in counseling, student relations, educational sales, or customer success.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a student-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask, manage CRM tools/databases, and work effectively under targets.
