Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our construction company. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting the company's construction services, managing client relationships, and supporting digital and offline marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a strong understanding of marketing and sales, and the ability to independently generate and follow up on leads.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Business Development

• Generate leads for residential, commercial, renovation, and construction projects.
• Identify and approach potential customers through various channels.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
• Convert qualified leads into site visits and business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

• Understand client requirements, budgets, and project expectations.
• Coordinate with clients and the internal construction team.
• Schedule client meetings and site visits.
• Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the sales process.
• Develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Marketing Activities

• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns.
• Promote construction services through digital and offline channels.
• Coordinate social media marketing activities.
• Assist in creating content for Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and other platforms.
• Coordinate with designers/agencies for brochures, flyers, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Explore partnerships with architects, interior designers, brokers, property consultants, and other relevant professionals.

Market & Competitor Research

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, services, and marketing strategies.
• Track construction and real-estate market trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve the company's market presence.

Reporting

• Maintain daily/weekly lead and follow-up reports.
• Track lead sources, conversions, and sales pipeline.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding marketing activities and results.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good sales and lead-generation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
• Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of Canva or other basic design tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the construction or real-estate industry will be preferred.
• QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, construction, or real estate is preferred.
