Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing customer relationships, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Conduct product/service presentations, meetings, and demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Follow up with leads and prospects and convert them into customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Manage social media, email campaigns, promotional activities, and other marketing initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and revenue in CRM systems.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
• Attend exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities when required.
