Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Fitness Consultant to join our team. The role involves membership sales, client management, follow-ups, and day-to-day gym operations while ensuring an excellent member experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive membership sales and achieve monthly/weekly targets.

* Handle member management, enquiries, renewals, and client relationships.

* Make regular calls and follow-ups with leads, prospects, and existing members.

* Convert leads into memberships through effective communication and sales skills.

* Assist with day-to-day gym operations and ensure smooth functioning of the facility.

* Maintain strong relationships with members and ensure high customer satisfaction.

* Handle walk-ins, enquiries, and membership consultations professionally.

* Coordinate with trainers and the management team for smooth member services.

* Maintain accurate sales, follow-up, and membership records.

* Take ownership of assigned targets and contribute to overall club growth.

Requirements

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong sales and convincing abilities.

* Customer-focused and professional attitude.

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

* Previous experience in fitness, hospitality, sales, or customer service is an advantage.

* Basic knowledge of fitness and gym memberships is preferred.
