Site Assessor (Solar Sales Executive)
Location: Bengaluru (Field-Based)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the RoleWe are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals for the role of Site Assessor (Solar Sales Executive). This position combines sales, and customer interaction
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & Sales· Interact with prospective customers and qualify leads.
· Understand customer requirements and explain residential solar solutions.
· Present survey findings and recommendations to customers.
· Drive customer conversion by effectively closing the survey and assessment stage.
Site Assessment & Survey· Conduct basic rooftop check for residential solar installations.
· Perform rooftop feasibility and structural suitability assessments.
· Coordinate with internal teams for project execution.
Candidate Requirements· Strong sales aptitude and communication skills.
· Comfortable with field visits and customer interactions.
· Self-motivated and customer-focused.
Other Requirements· Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
· Willingness to travel across Bengaluru as per assigned territory/pin code.
· Travel reimbursements provided by the company.
