Job Description
Job Description – Channel Partner (CP) SalesPosition: Channel Partner Sales Executive / Manager
Industry: Real Estate
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners, brokers, property consultants and real estate agencies.
- Identify, onboard and activate new Channel Partners to expand the sales network.
- Generate leads and drive site visits, bookings and closures through the CP network.
- Regularly meet CPs and communicate project details, inventory, pricing, offers and USPs.
- Conduct project presentations and partner meetings.
- Follow up with CPs and customers to ensure timely conversions.
- Track leads, site visits, bookings and CP performance through CRM.
- Develop strategies to increase business through existing and new channel partners.
- Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales and CRM teams for smooth closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Candidate Profile:
- 2–8 years of experience in Real Estate Channel Partner / Agency / Broker Sales preferred.
- Strong existing network of brokers and channel partners will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong sales and closing ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market.
- Team-handling experience preferred for Manager-level positions.
Compensation: As per experience and market standards + incentives.
