About the RoleChain Reaction Consulting is looking for motivated, confident, and result-oriented individuals to join our Sales & Marketing team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and connect with potential customers, clients, or donors through approved channels.
• Explain the company’s products, services, or campaigns clearly and professionally.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into successful outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
• Meet assigned performance and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities.
• Work closely with the team to improve sales strategies and overall performance.
• Consistently monitor your own performance and work towards achieving higher results.
