Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and connect with potential restaurant partners.
  • Explain platform benefits, onboarding requirements, and partnership terms.
  • Collect and verify required documents from restaurant partners.
  • Coordinate with restaurants for menu collection, pricing, and operational setup.
  • Ensure timely completion of onboarding and activation processes.
  • Conduct training sessions for restaurant staff on platform usage and order management.
  • Follow up with restaurants to resolve onboarding-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and update onboarding status in the CRM/system.
  • Collaborate with operations, account management, and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly onboarding and activation targets.
