Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring new merchants and business partners, maintaining strong client relationships, increasing revenue, and ensuring smooth onboarding and post-sales support. The RM acts as the primary point of contact for customers and helps drive business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business leads and convert them into clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants and partners.
• Promote TPIPAY products and payment solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Handle merchant onboarding and KYC documentation.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Technical teams for successful implementation.
• Follow up with clients for activation and regular transactions.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure timely support.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain CRM records and submit daily activity reports.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and retention.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Sales and business development experience.
• Knowledge of Payment Gateway, UPI, POS, QR, and Fintech products is preferred.
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Problem-solving and customer service skills.
