We are looking for an experienced & dynamic Zonal Head to lead multiple branches, drive business growth, and build high-performing teams.
- 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple branches across the assigned zone
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Drive team performance, productivity & conversions
- Mentor and motivate Branch Managers and Sales Teams
- Monitor daily business activities, leads, walk-ins & closures
- Ensure strong customer service and operational discipline
- Develop strategies for business growth and new market expansion
- Review branch performance and take corrective actions
- 👤 Candidate Profile5+ years of experience in sales/business management
- Experience in Matrimony, B2C, BFSI, Real Estate, Education or similar industries preferred
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Target-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel across branches
