Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

Role Overview

We are looking for an articulate, persistent, and customer-focused Tele caller to join our growth team. In this role, you will be the first line of contact with prospective buyers, investors, and business partners. You will handle outbound cold/warm calls, qualify incoming leads, provide clear information on our offerings, and schedule meetings/site visits for our core team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Outreach & Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads and databases (property buyers, real estate and investors).

Lead Qualification: Assess prospective client requirements, budget, and interest level to filter high-quality leads for the core sales and account management teams.

Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and book face-to-face client meetings, site visits for real estate projects).

Database & CRM Management: Accurately update call logs, prospect details, client feedback, and follow-up schedules in Excel or CRM software.

Follow-Ups: Conduct structured follow-up calls with potential clients to nurture leads and build long-term relationships.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of current property listings, service offerings, and project details to handle preliminary queries effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma / PUC or Graduate in any field.

Language Proficiency: Strong verbal communication in English, Kannada and Hindi (fluency in other regional languages is a distinct advantage).

Communication Skills: Clear voice quality, professional phone etiquette, active listening skills, and a polite, persuasive manner.

Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, web browsers, and phone system usage.

Mindset: Target-driven, resilient against rejections, self-motivated, and organized.
