Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team and deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through voice/inbound calls and provide accurate solutions.
• Understand customer concerns and resolve issues within the required turnaround time.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach during every interaction.
• Provide information about products, services, orders, and processes.
• Record customer interactions and update details accurately in the system.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams when escalation is required.
• Achieve assigned quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Good verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
