SkyJumper Sports and Amusements Pvt. Ltd. operates indoor amusement parks under SkyJumper Trampoline Park and SkyJumper GoBananas, offering entertainment experiences like trampolines, bowling, laser tag, and soft play.
Role:
Front Office ExecutiveWe are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Front Office Executive to manage guest interactions and ensure a smooth experience at the park.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests and assist with entry, bookings, and queries.
- Handle ticketing, billing, POS, and digital payments.
- Manage walk-in, online, group, and event bookings.
- Handle customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams.
- Promote packages, memberships, and add-on services.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk.
- Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
- RequirementsGraduate/Diploma; Hospitality preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of POS and MS Office.
- Customer-friendly, professional, and comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
