Job Description
Head – Guest Relations (Automobile)Experience: 5–10 years
Industry: Automobile / Automotive Dealership
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Guest Relations team.
- Ensure excellent customer experience across the showroom.
- Manage walk-ins, enquiries, customer feedback, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and CRM teams.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor team performance, MIS, and customer satisfaction.
- Train and motivate the GR team to achieve business and customer experience goals.
Requirements:
Good communication, leadership, customer-handling, and team management skills. Automobile dealership experience preferred.
