Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, explaining project details, scheduling site visits, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Explain project details and answer customer queries.
• Qualify leads and maintain accurate customer data.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
• Follow up with prospective customers regularly.
• Update lead status in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily call and follow-up targets.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate.
• 6 month–1 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Support (real estate experience preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
