Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing strategies for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, managing marketing campaigns, improving brand visibility, and working closely with the sales team to achieve project sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies for real estate projects.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Generate quality leads and monitor lead generation performance.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of the budget.
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, vendors, and digital marketing partners.
• Create and manage promotional campaigns, offers, events, and project launches.
• Monitor campaign performance, CPL, lead quality, conversions, and ROI.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion and site visits.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and pricing.
• Ensure project brochures, creatives, videos, advertisements, and other marketing materials are updated.
• Manage social media presence and ensure regular project-related content.
• Track marketing reports and present campaign performance to management.
• Identify new marketing channels and opportunities to increase enquiries and site visits.
• Support the sales team with marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Ensure all marketing communication accurately represents the project and its offerings.
• Requirements2–5 years of experience in real estate marketing or a related industry.
• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
• Good understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, and lead-generation platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage marketing budgets and external agencies.
• Good knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines and targets.
• Knowledge of CRM/lead management systems is preferred.
