Team Leader - Operations

We are an growing International Courier & Cargo company. We are looking for an organized, proactive, and responsible person as a Team Leader - Operations to serve as our Office In-Charge.

This is more than just a desk job, you will be the driving force behind our daily Operations — managing workflows, coordinating with Internal teams & Vendors. Handling customer escalations & building a reliable team.

Note: This is a 100% office-based management role. No field travel or outdoor work is required.

Key Responsibilities:

 Office & Operations Management: Oversee daily office operations & ensure smooth workflows, manage team & ensure work is completed on priority, Handle customer escalations & resolve operational issues efficiently.

 Team & Work Allocation: Assign daily tasks to office staff and monitor their performance. Coordinate with the team to ensure timely cargo pickups & dispatches.

 Staff Recruitment: Source, interview, and onboard new employees as per business requirements.

 Client & Vendor Coordination: Handle customer queries via call/email, coordinate with vendors, and resolve daily operational issues.

Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for daily operational challenges, Resolve customer complaints promptly and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

 Education: Graduate in any stream.

 Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in Office Operations, Administration, Logistics or a related field. 

 Skills: Strong leadership & team management skills, Excellent communications & Interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Excel, email, & WhatsApp.
