Field Worker

Role Summary We're looking for someone to handle day-to-day production and packaging — from prepping fruit and botanicals to bottling, labeling, quality checks, and handing off finished stock to delivery agents. This is a hands-on production role, not desk-based.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, sort, and prepare fruits for each batch, checking for freshness and rejecting substandard produce
• Clean and sanitize glass bottles before filling, following hygiene protocols (this is an unpasteurised product, so cleanliness standards are strict)
• Fill bottles from kegs, cap/seal correctly, and apply labels accurately (correct SKU, batch, date)
• Perform basic quality checks on finished bottles — carbonation, fill level, seal integrity, label placement, visible defects — before packing
• Pack bottles securely into crates/boxes for dispatch, maintaining correct SKU counts per order
• Maintain cold-chain discipline: store and hand over product within the 3–5°C range at all times
• Hand off packed orders to delivery agents with correct paperwork/counts, and confirm pickup
• Keep the production and packing area clean and organized; report any spoilage, contamination, or quality concerns immediately
• Maintain basic batch/production records (quantities, dates, any rejects)

Requirements

• Prior experience in a kitchen, F&B production, bottling, or packaging environment preferred (not mandatory — willing to train the right person)
• Comfortable working with fruits/produce and understanding basic freshness/spoilage signs
• Careful and detail-oriented — this product has a short shelf life and needs strict hygiene
• Physically able to lift crates and stand for extended periods
• Basic literacy for reading labels, batch codes, and simple checklists
• Punctual and reliable — cold-chain handoffs to delivery agents run on a schedule
• Comfortable working around glass bottles and carbonated products safely

Nice to Have

• Experience with fermentation, brewing, or beverage production
• Experience working in a cold-storage or refrigerated environment
