Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives to promote and sell Point of Sale (POS) machines to merchants and businesses. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new merchants, generating leads, installing POS machines, and achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new merchants for POS machine installation.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and market mapping.
• Explain POS machine features, benefits, transaction charges, and services to merchants.
• Onboard merchants and complete the required documentation and KYC process.
• Achieve monthly sales and POS installation targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
• Coordinate with internal teams for POS machine installation and activation.
• Provide basic support to merchants regarding POS machine usage and transaction-related queries.
• Track daily sales activities and submit regular reports to the reporting manager.
• Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Experience in POS sales, merchant acquisition, banking, fintech, or payment solutions is preferred.
• Skills: Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
