Job Description

1)      Job Description (JD):

Candidates should have hands-on experience in Life Insurance Sales, with a strong understanding of the Bancassurance channel. Experience in managing banking relationships, driving business through bank branches and Relationship Managers, achieving sales targets, and developing partner relationships will be preferred. Prior experience with life insurance companies other than IndusInd is desirable. Candidates with team-handling, coaching, and business development experience will have an added advantage.

2)      Job Location: Bangalore

3)      Years of Experience (Minimum & Maximum): 2- 3 Years

4)      key Skills: Bancassurance Sales, Life Insurance Sales, Relationship Management, Team Handling & Coaching, Partner/Bank Branch Management, Target Achievement & Business Development

5)      Preferred Organizations (if any) – Life Insurance (should not be from IndusInd)
