Digital Marketing Executive

Social media — Instagram and Facebook content, community replies, and day-to-day voice across all five outlets.

● Content production — our video series is one piece of this: 29 episodes profiling the people behind the brand, plus ambience content and event coverage.

● Promotions — rolling out our weekly line-up (Rock Nights, Live Music, Saturday Night Live, Sunday Brunch) and seasonal pushes, outlet by outlet.

● Reputation & research — tracking reviews and mentions across Google, Zomato, and social; watching what named competitors and local trends are doing.

● Strategy & reporting — helping shape footfall and positioning ideas per outlet, and putting together simple performance dashboards.

● Customer feedback — running our in-outlet guest surveys. 

Who we're looking for

● Recently completed a degree in marketing, mass communication, journalism, or similar.

● Strong, clear writing — you'll be putting words in the brand's voice, not filling a template.

● Comfortable with spreadsheets or simple reporting.

● Based in Bangalore and able to be on-site across outlets — this isn't a remote role.

● Curious enough to want exposure to strategy and data, not just content — this role is built for someone who wants the whole picture.
