Sales Manager - Heat Pumps & Hot Water System

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Professional to promote and sell Heat Pump Water Heating Systems, Centralized Hot Water Systems, Solar Hot Water Systems, and related energy-efficient solutions for residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial projects.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, building relationships with consultants, architects, builders, MEP consultants, and end users, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

·       Generate new enquiries and business opportunities.

·       Promote Heat Pumps and Hot Water Systems to builders, architects, consultants, and contractors.

·       Conduct site visits and customer presentations.

·       Understand customer requirements and prepare techno-commercial proposals.

·       Follow up on enquiries and convert them into orders.

·       Develop channel partners and dealer networks.

·       Coordinate with the technical team for project execution.

·       Maintain CRM records and sales reports.

·       Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and marketing events when required.

Candidate Requirements

Gender

·       Male / Female

·       Age 25-40 Years

Education

·       Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Energy Engineering, Marketing, or related field.

·       Graduates from any discipline with strong sales experience may also apply.

Skills Required

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·       Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

·       Ability to generate and close sales opportunities independently.

·       Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

·       Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
