We are a small team, which means the work you do is seen, owned and credited.

The roleWe're hiring a Social Media Specialist to run day-to-day social for a portfolio of hospitality clients. You'll plan, create, publish and report on content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile, working closely with the Founders and our design team.

• Write captions, carousel copy and short-form video scripts that feel true to each property, not generic
• Brief and coordinate with designers, photographers and videographers; plan and attend on-site shoots at client properties
• Create and edit Reels, Stories and simple graphics using Canva, CapCut or similar tools
• Schedule and publish content, and keep Google Business Profiles current with posts, photos and offers
• Manage community: reply to comments and DMs, flag reviews and guest feedback to clients promptly
• Track performance and prepare clear monthly reports with what worked, what didn't and what we'll change
• Spot trends, festivals and local moments worth building content around, especially in food, travel and culture
• Support influencer and creator collaborations, from shortlisting to coordination on the day
• Join client calls and present content plans with the Founders
• What we're looking for 0–4 years managing social media for brands, preferably across multiple accounts
• Strong written English; you can shift tone between a luxury resort and a neighbourhood cafe
• A good eye for photography, layout and what makes a frame worth posting
• Hands-on with Instagram, Meta Business Suite and a scheduling tool
• Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video on a phone
• Organised enough to juggle several calendars and deadlines without dropping one
• A portfolio of social accounts or content you have run or created
• Good to haveExperience with hotels, restaurants, travel or lifestyle brands
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads for boosting posts and running simple campaigns
• Kannada or another regional language for local content and creator outreach
• Familiarity with Adobe Lightroom, Illustrator or Premiere Pro
