About the Role

Abnandan Group is a multi-entity holding company building category-owning businesses across scrap & recycling (Veloce), hospitality/F&B (Tribal Brew Daily), agri-processing (Vaanta Labs), and more. We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can own end-to-end digital marketing across four very different businesses — from B2B lead generation on a scrap marketplace to Instagram reels for a coffee outlet to quick-commerce listings for bottled products.

This is not a "run one channel" role. You'll be the single point of accountability for marketing execution across verticals, working directly with the Group Chairman and vertical leads.

What You'll Own

1.Paid & Social Media

Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns across all verticals

Write ad copy, brief creatives, run A/B tests, and report on ROAS/CAC

Manage organic Instagram content calendars per brand

2.Video

Produce or direct short-form video (reels, product demos, outlet/brand videos)

Coordinate with freelance videographers/editors where needed

3.Local & Search Presence

Manage Google My Business listings for every outlet/location (Tribal Brew Daily outlets, Veloce, Vaanta)

Own on-page website SEO — keyword strategy, content, technical coordination with developers

Build and optimize landing pages for campaigns and lead capture

Vertical-Specific Responsibilities

1.Veloce Marketplace (B2B scrap trading & EPR)

Run demand-gen campaigns to drive vendor/buyer sign-ups and bidding activity on the marketplace

Support category and city-level lead generation

2.Tribal Brew Daily (Outlets)

Outlet-level local marketing — footfall campaigns, launch promotions, GMB/reviews management per location

Support brand content across the outlet network

3.Vaanta Labs (Green & Roasted Coffee Beans, Equipment & Accessories)

B2B marketing for green/roasted beans and equipment/accessories — catalogs, positioning, trade content

B2C-facing content where relevant

Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, etc.)

Manage and optimize product listings for bottled products

Run sponsored ads/promotions on quickcommerce platforms

Own catalog content and imagery for these platforms

What We're Looking For

2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (not purely agency-side — you should be comfortable in ad accounts yourself)

Proven experience running Meta Ads (Google Ads a strong plus) Working knowledge of GMB management and local SEO

Comfortable directing or personally shooting/editing short-form video

Ability to context-switch across a B2B industrial brand, an F&B outlet brand, and D2C quickcommerce — without losing quality

Bonus: prior experience with quick-commerce seller/ads platforms (Blinkit Ads, Zepto)

Bonus: experience marketing across multiple brands/business units simultaneously

Reporting

Reports directly to the Founder & Group Chairman, with day-to-day coordination with vertical operators (Veloce, Tribal Brew Daily, Vaanta Labs).
