Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field marketing and business development activities across Bangalore.

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors, physiotherapists, rehabilitation centres and referral partners.

• Generate qualified leads through field visits, referrals, outreach, campaigns and digital channels.

• Follow up with leads and coordinate with the clinic/clinical team for timely conversion.

• Support digital marketing activities including social media, local online promotion, lead campaigns and content coordination.

• Conduct market visits, awareness activities, camps/events and professional meetings.

• Maintain daily activity, lead and follow-up reports.

• Understand KARE’s Prosthetics, Orthotics and rehabilitation services and communicate them professionally.

• Achieve agreed lead-generation, marketing and business-development targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in marketing, business development, healthcare marketing, hospital marketing, medical devices, field sales or a related role.

• Any graduate.

• Kannada is mandatory.

• Good communication and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable with field work and travel across Bangalore.

• Experience dealing with doctors, hospitals, clinics or healthcare professionals is highly preferred.

• Candidates from healthcare, medical devices, rehabilitation, physiotherapy, hospital marketing or related industries will be preferred.

• Immediate joiners or candidates who can join at short notice are strongly preferred.

Salary: ₹4–5 LPA
