Job Description

Job Title: International Voice Process Executive & Team Leader

Location: Marathahalli & BTM, Bangalore

Openings:

  • International Voice Sales – CIT & LCS (1 year experience)
  • International Voice Customer Support – VBT (Freshers can apply)
  • Team Leader – CIT & LCS (1–2 years of US/UK voice team handling experience)

Requirements:

  • PUC/12th or Graduates; graduates preferred for Team Leader roles.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Willing to work in US/UK night shifts.
  • International sales experience required for CIT & LCS executive roles.
  • Knowledge of CSAT, quality, shrinkage and attrition required for Team Leaders.

Benefits: Salary hike based on last drawn salary (experienced candidates), night shift allowance, incentives, yearly bonus, meals and two-way cab facility.
