Job Description

  • Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and service-related issues.
  • Handle queries related to prepaid and postpaid services.
  • Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate information and guidance.
  • Maintain professional, polite, and customer-focused communication.
  • Communicate effectively in English while handling customer interactions.
  • Follow process guidelines, company policies, and customer service quality standards.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction during every interaction.
  • Candidate RequirementsGood proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Any Degree.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
