Job Description

* Generate and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software/digital solutions.

* Conduct product/service presentations and coordinate demos with the concerned team.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely lead conversion.

* Update CRM records, lead status, follow-up remarks and client communication accurately and regularly.

* Prepare and share quotations/proposals as per approved pricing and scope.

* Coordinate with the Project/Technical team for requirement clarification and smooth client onboarding.

* Follow up on pending payments and coordinate with clients for timely collection.

* Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.

* Achieve assigned lead, conversion, revenue and collection targets.

* Ensure all commitments made to clients are within the approved Work Order/scope and company guidelines.
