Construction / Site Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the final-stage interior and finishing works of a premium residential villa.

The civil construction and painting works have already been completed, and the project is currently in its finishing phase. The role involves coordinating multiple vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure that all pending works are executed smoothly, efficiently, and within the planned timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and installation teams.
• Follow up with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other service providers.
• Supervise repair, rectification, and finishing works on site.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries, installations, inspections, and site visits.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of pending tasks.
• Track material deliveries and coordinate with vendors regarding requirements and timelines.
• Maintain regular communication between contractors, vendors, consultants, and the owner.
• Identify site issues proactively and coordinate their resolution.
• Provide periodic progress updates, photographs, and status reports.
