Civil Site Engineer

Job Purpose

To manage end-to-end residential construction activities, from structural work to finishing and final handover, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise residential construction, including RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting, and finishing works.
• Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

·        Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, vendors, consultants, and internal departments.

• Monitor labour, materials, daily progress, and construction quality.
• Ensure safety compliance and minimise rework and material wastage.
• Verify measurements, support contractor billing, and maintain site reports.
• Manage snag rectification, finishing inspections, and final project handover.

·        Strong knowledge of residential building construction and finishing works.

·        Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and update the Project Manager on site activities.

·        Manage end-to-end site execution from structural construction to final finishing and handover.

·        Ensure construction quality, safety standards, and company procedures are followed at all times.

·        Read and interpret architectural, structural, and service drawings and ensure work is executed as per approved specifications.

Qualification & Skills

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4.5 years of experience in residential building construction.
• Strong knowledge of civil execution and finishing works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, drawing interpretation, and site documentation.
• Good coordination, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate: A hands-on Civil Site Engineer capable of independently managing residential construction from structural execution through finishing and handover.
