About the Role:

Sarvam Design Spaces is looking for an Interior Project Engineer to manage on-site execution of residential and commercial interior projects. You will coordinate with designers, vendors and contractors to ensure work meets approved drawings, quality standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure execution follows approved drawings, specifications and BOQs.
• Take site measurements and verify dimensions before production and installation.
• Plan work schedules and coordinate carpentry, modular installation, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting and other interior works.
• Coordinate with the design team to resolve drawing queries and site challenges before execution.
• Track material requirements, deliveries and consumption to avoid delays and wastage.
• Inspect workmanship and materials, identify defects and ensure timely corrections.
• Monitor progress against deadlines and share regular site updates, photographs and reports.
• Verify contractor measurements and completed quantities for billing.
• Record changes and additional work, and obtain approvals before proceeding.
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness and protection of completed finishes.
• Prepare snag lists, coordinate rectifications and support project handover.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in interior project execution.
• Ability to read and interpret interior working drawings, layouts and BOQs.
• Working knowledge of interior materials, finishes, installation methods and quality checks.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and site documentation.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple work teams and take ownership of site deliverables.
• Willingness to travel between project sites in Bengaluru.
• Kannada, English and Hindi communication skills preferred.
