About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie specializing in North Indian Cuisine to manage an assigned kitchen section, maintain food quality and consistency, and ensure smooth kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in authentic North Indian cooking, kitchen hygiene, food preparation, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare authentic North Indian dishes, including curries, gravies, dals, paneer preparations, kebabs, biryanis and Indian breads.
• Manage daily mise en place, marination, spice preparation and base gravy production.
• Independently handle the assigned kitchen section and ensure timely food preparation during service.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation and portion sizes.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation and food storage standards.
• Monitor inventory, control wastage and ensure proper utilisation of ingredients.
• Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and other junior kitchen staff.
• Follow standard recipes, kitchen SOPs and portion-control guidelines.
• Coordinate with the Head Chef and other kitchen team members for smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and kitchen equipment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 25–39 years.
• Education: Minimum 10th pass.
• Experience: 3–6 years of professional experience in an Indian kitchen, with strong expertise in North Indian cuisine.
• Cuisine Specialisation: North Indian cuisine only.
• Skills: Strong cooking techniques, section management, food hygiene, inventory control and teamwork.
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
• Work Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹35,000–₹38,000.
