Business Development & Corporate Admissions Executive (Female Only)

Sebyx Academy is a specialised sales performance training firm founded by an 18-year enterprise sales veteran. We run intensive 2-day weekend programmes (Frontline Elite for premium retail and Rookie Hunter for B2B) that turn first-job salespeople into high performers.

Role

You will be responsible for generating and closing enrolments into our high-ticket weekend masterclasses. This includes outreach to:

• Corporate sales teams and inside-sales/SDR rookies
• Premium retail floor staff (jewellery, fashion, electronics, luxury) across malls and high-street stores
• Store managers, sales heads, and founders who want to upskill their frontline teams

Key Responsibilities

• Daily outreach (calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, in-person meetings) to build a qualified pipeline
• Conduct discovery conversations and product demos (video + in-person)
• Close individual seats and small corporate/group enrolments
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and weekly targets
• Represent the brand professionally in all client interactions

Requirements

• 1–4 years of sales experience (retail, B2B, or training/education sales preferred)
• Strong spoken English and confident Hindi communication
• Proven ability to handle objections and close deals
• Comfortable on video calls and in-person presentations
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with a performance-linked incentive structure
• Own two-wheeler and willingness to travel within Bengaluru for meetings

Compensation

₹20,000–28,000 fixed + attractive performance incentives (can significantly increase total earnings based on closed enrolments). Clear monthly targets and transparent payout structure.
